If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via Instagram messages or email@example.com
No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
In a case where Chowkhat fails to dispatch your order in 15 working days and the customer is not satisfied with the reason provided by Chowkhat, they can choose to cancel the order if it is already not in transit. Full amount will be refunded by Chowkhat on the original method of payment. (via which the order was placed).
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Chowkhat and accepts Chowkhat's decision regarding the cancellation of their order or product.
Cancellation is not applicable for EXPRESS DELIVERY products.
In case of return/cancellation, refund will be processed by Chowkhat within the mentioned timeline on each policy.
