RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – Chowkhat Lifestyle

Exchange & Return Policy

We try our best to deliver the best product to you. We do all the quality and hygiene checks before dispatching the products to you. However, we have a exchange and return policy in place to handle the corner cases - 

  • If an incorrect item is being sent to you, we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand. 

  • If the product received has some manufacturing defect.

  • Refund process will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return at our end.

  • Post receipt of the returned package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount within 3-5 working days.

  • If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same back product back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving the return package from the customer.

  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Chowkhat and accepts Chowkhat's decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not.

Please make sure that the products to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, or gift cards. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

  • Custom made products/Products personalised to your requirement

  • On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.

General instructions for Exchange/Return in Chikankari

  • We shall not be deemed for exchange for any small issues such as thread underneath the reversible side. Since in Chikankari embroidery threads are slightly long and are not cut too short to ensure that embroidery is protected.

  • The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are a natural outcome of human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motifs/ threads will not be liable under the exchange policy.

  • Every piece is unique and one of a kind made by human hands only for you, so please excuse the minor variations. Thank you for your understanding!
