If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to raise the request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product(s). We will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick-up may not be available on selected pin codes).
RETURN REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE ENTERTAINED IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED ONLY AN UNTEMPERED PACKAGE.
In case of Prepaid Return, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping charges for sending back the product to our warehouse. Full amount will be refunded to the customer(Prepaid orders) after making a deduction of standard delivery charges paid by chowkhat at the time of generating the reverse pickup.
COD RETURNS WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOUR ORDER VALUE (AFTER DEDUCTING THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES) WHICH CAN BE USED IN UNDER 90 DAYS FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3-7 days after the product is received by us.
